A day at Berjaya Times Square with friends

Berjaya Times Square heaven of foods and shopping places.

So for this trip I will be talking about my one day little venture at Berjaya Times Square with bestfriend from food huntings to window shopping. Actually this activities will be much fun to do with your bestfriends. I've been there last Friday ( 11 September 2015) with my girlfriends. I would like to suggest you guys to try all the foods that available there so below are the lists :

1.Boat Noodles.
This is the first thing that I am going to suggest you guys to give a try is the famous boat noodles since its worth your money. The texture of the noodles and the gravy are actually different from Malaysian typical noodles. Hahaha not trying to low graded Malaysian food here just that since we used to Malaysian food it is time for us to give a try to an international food.Actually this boat noodles original come  from the floating market on Bangkok's waterway.Nowadays the Boat Noodles has become a trend in Malaysia. There are many outlets open throughout Malaysian. There are two version of choice been given and two types of gravy. If you ask me which one I like, I personally choose beef with Pathumthani gravy. This Pathumthani original recipe made of dark soy sauce get from the thick brooth and this gravy has the appetizing sourish with the delicate spicy flavour.Another gravy that this shop offer to their customer is Ayutthaya which has creamy dark brooth flavour. Each bowl cost you only RM1.90 but don't be suprise with the quantity they serving you. Usually people who come there will order around 4 to 6 bowls of noodles. It is a norm for us to have dessert after having a heavy meals. It is most preferable to have the their traditional dessert,Thai - Pandan - Dessert or in Thailand version Ka-Nam Tuay. 22 bowls for 4 persons! Dont worry we all still manage to finish all of it.

Its a norm for the customers stack all the bowls after they done eating so do not get suprise.

2.Rusco
The name just like some expensive cafe but the truth is its a place that selling the colourful flavour Baguatte. Dont get suprise if you see a packet of Baguatte which only have two pieces of it with one flavour cost you RM4. Beside they also sell a packet of Baguatte with six pieces of it will cost you RM10. For the food lover like me the price that they offering not a big deals since I know buying this worth my money. So in future I should buy the whole box with different flavour of it that only cost me RM79.00 only. Haha I know this might sound insane since the size of one pieces of Baguatte quite small for the price the offer. But for me its not a problem since the taste of it, the texture just perfect that fit my taste bud. For more information about this Rusco you can just click Rusco.

3.Salmon Bento
Usually people will go to any of famous sushi outlet available but my friends and I decide to give a try the non-sushi outlet to have our Japanese meal. This stall is located at Berjaya Times Square food court which is at the ground floor of the building. There are many Japanese offer here with most affordable price. So that day I've odered Salmon Bento which cost me only RM18.90. The salmon was perfectly cooked. They also include some few side dishes which I forget what's the name actually and hot green tea.

Actually I can say that Berjaya Times Square is one my food heaven and I bet all of you have the same thought with me. For those who love up to date fashion clothings, this would be the best place for them to shop. The price range for all the shirt,skirt,dresses and etc are at affordable rate. For an Ipad mini user like me it is easy for me to find pretty Ipad mini case with cheap price here.

Other than eating and shopping, you can also drop by at their indoor theme park, The Cosmo World Theme Park. Well there's a lots of games that you can give a try such as The DNA Mixture,Roller Caster,Haunted house and etc. The entry fee for adult is RM32.00(Mykad holder) and RM38.00(non-Mykad holder). There were two different section in this themepark. The child theme park and adult theme park. For adult they can play both section but childrens they only limited to child theme park only. Oh before I forget , do go to their Piano stairs and the purple liquid tiles . Each of the stair will produce sound the moment you step on it. The view of this place quite pretty and suitable for photoshot or selfie.

Niah Cave

 So for this entry i would like to share two nice caves located at Miri Sarawak. From Kuching you either can choose two types of transportation to go Miri either by air or driving. If you decide to use the commercial airplane you can just book your flight ticket to Miri at their official website such Airasia or Malaysia Airlines. For those who plan to discover Sarawak from Kuching to Miri you can just rent a car or using any tourist agent, On your way to Miri you will pass through many state divisions such as Serian, Sri Aman, Sarekei, Sibu,Mukah,Bintulu and your final destination is Miri. Each of this division have their own uniqueness for example like Sarekei which is famous with gred A pineapple,Mukah which is famous with Melanau traditional dishes and Serian which famous with the fresh market.Back to my story here some few places you can visit throughout Sarawak.

1.Niah cave (Gua Niah)

I would like to share some information about Niah Cave(Gua Niah). Eventhough Niah is the smallest national parks but still it is certainly one of the most important and this cave also have have its own unusual visitors attraction. As we all know, the oldest modern humans civilization in Southeast Asean was found at Niah. This make Niah as one of the famous cave in the world.When you enter the cave, you will see many of historical items such as pottery,textiles and ornaments. Beside you will also see the old grave here and you might stand a chance to see the human skulls. Before I forget,this Niah Cave is located 110km south-west of Miri. This Niah National Park located on the Sungai - Niah. Beside than discovering Niah cave you might also interested to visit The Great Cave, The Painted Cave and Birds Nests. 2.Mulu National Park.

For those who love doing physical activity, Mulu National Park is the best option. There serve you with lots of physical and nice scenery. Proudly saying that Mulu Caves National Parks is one of longest networks of caves in the world. This Mulu Caves actually can fit-in 40 Boeing 747 airplanes. While in Mulu, you will also find Deer Cave which actually that can fit five cathedrals the size of Saint Pauls in London. Well I guess you can imagine how big is the size of this two caves. Other than the two caves, there is also another main attraction at Mulu that is Clear Water Cave which is the longest cave at Southeast Asean. These caves are actually home for millions of bat! But don't worry does bats will not bring to the visitors.The main transportation to this area is by using BOAT.  On your way to this Mulu National Park you can enjoy the nature scenery and breath in the fresh air. You will also had a chance to listen to natural sound produce by the animals that staying there. 3.Batang Ai National Park.

This natonal park was famous because of this place has become the largest trans-national protected area for rainforest conservation.The size of this area is 24sq-km park that join the Lanjak-Entimau Wildlife santuary in Malaysia and Bentuang-Karimun National Park. This place was the place for endangered animals conservation. This place is the only place open for the visitor. The number of Orang Utan populations at this is highest. Here you will see many types of Orang Utan and other than that you will also stand a chance to see other wildlife. Sarawak famous with it Hornbill birds. Here you can easily find five out of eight types of Hornbill birds species. This place was actually full with many rare wildlife creature that hard to be found at any other places such as animal zoo. There were also many unique flowers that quite rare available at this area. As we all know this place actually majority been fill by Iban people.These community very friendly with the visitor that come to their place. A heart warming service will be povided by them. As I mention before at my past entry, there will be lots of entries about places to visit in Sarawak. So for this entry still I'll be talking about nice place to visit near Kuching hahaa.. There are two places that you guys might come across to visit. These place provides you great experiences since some of the places that I suggested offer homestay and have a one day experience to live like them. Done all the daily activity.

5. Annah Rais Bidayuh Longhouse

Where does this place locate? Well this place was located 100km from the main city of Kuching. It was located at the foothill of Borneo Highlands which was near with the mountain the marking boarder of Kalimantan. This was also famous with their hot spring water. Most visitor that came here usually want to feel the hot spring water by themself. It is worth to go here. I know some of you that wish to undergo traditional lifestyle of Bidayuh people you might can go to their homestay.There you will see and discover their lifestyle. Actually there's also hot spring centre available there. Those who interested with jungle trekking activity you might interested to hire the villagers there bring you for a jungle trekking. 6.Borneo Highlands Resort.

Peninsular Malaysia famous with their Genting Highlands , Cameron Highlands and few other place located at the highland places same goes to Sabah which is famous with Mount Kinabalu. For Sarawak, we also have Borneo Highlands which is very famous among the Kuchingnites and the outsider too. Where does this place located? This place located about 60km from the main city Kuching. This place stands on the Sarawak-Kalimantan border which is above 1000 meters above the sea level. As you can see it was bordered amongst the tropical forest. Those who interested to vsit this place will not have to worry about place to stay since they have prepared  a unique hills resort which possesses an eco friendly side. Beside than enjoying a beautiful scenery at this place the visitor also can enjoy the low temperature of the place as the temperature range only in between 18 - 28 degree Celcius.The two main attraction of this place are Organic Farm and the Kalimantan Lookout point.Actually there were few other nice places to go other than those two main attration places. Get close with NATURE people (Part II)

Hi everyone, we meet again in this entry. So for this time I might have two to three entry about nature related places to visit while you in Sarawak. Well of course I will be talking about the places which is nearest to Kuching than only I talking about some nice places to visit outside that Kuching. As you all know Sarawak rich with it nature diversity. All the forest and national park here are carefully been taking care by our goverment. Back to our story here some more places that you might interested to go. Escaping from the busy life in city and get back to nature.

3. Semenggoh Wildlife Centre.
Here some brief information about Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. This place was located 25km from the centre of Kuching which only took you 20-30mins journey. This place was establish since 1975 to taking care the wild animals that they have found injured in the forest,orphaned, or were previously keep as illegal pets. Before this place were used to taking care many wild animals and birds but nowadays most of these already transferred to Matang Wildlife Centre. This place was turn to a centre of study about Orang Utan biology and their behaviour. At this place, there were many types of Orang Utan been keep here. While visiting this place not only you can see the Orang Utan but also you can breath the fresh air since this place was all surrounded by trees. The best time to go here is during their feeding time where you can see all the Orang Utan will going out from their hiding place to get their food. 4.Fairy Cave, Bau
Have you guys ever heard about Fairy cave? Well now let me share some info about this cave. This cave was located at Bau which 40km from Kuching. This cave is near with the former gold mining settlement of Bau. To be honest I still didn't get a chance to visit this place,might be one day I will have a one day trip to this area and discover interesting places here. Actually few minutes of drive from Fairy cave is the Wind cave. As you can see this Bau area has many caves and most of the caves located quite near with each other. You have to climb the four storrey staircase in order to go the entrance of the cave.Once you enter the cave you will discover lots of interesting things inside such as batman and the other living thing that live there. Get close with NATURE everyone.

I guess it's time for us to get close with nature see the real tree and feel the fresh air after everyday facing the concrete "trees" or also known as builings and breath in the dirty air. A short getaway is needed by each of us to release our stress and tension. Ok here's some few sugggestion that I would like to suggest for you all to go. Don't worry the places worth your time and your money since you will get a chance to get close with the nature and enjoy it. Firstly I would like to share some few nature places that you go which somewhere near Kuching.

1. Bako National Park.

Where is this place located? A journey to this place took only half an hour from Kuching via car or if you using tourist service might be you will be going there via bus or van. Then once you arrive there, you have to take another type of transportation that is using boat. Well dont worry, there will be lots of boat rental service offer together with the amateur tourist guide.These tourist guide already been train and knows every inch of the area since they have been train for it. So you dont have to worry for getting lost. Bako National Park was establish on 1957 and its was the oldest national park in Sarawak. 2.Matang Wildlife Centre

This place was located 35km from Kuching which is located at Kubah National Part. This place has become home for all endangered species. Also this place train the Orang Utan that was been rescued to live by their own at the forest.The best time to see all the Orang Utan are during their feeding time. At this time you will see many Orang Utan coming to eat.First question, how to get here? Ok you can go here via taxi and tourist bus or van. Beside than seeing all the rare species of the wild animals you also can have your jungle trekking session with their tourist guide. Eventhough that prepare the trail as the guideline for the visitor to discover the place by themself but it is adviseable to bring along the tourist guide since they know the place better. The continue of What's up Kuching

Last entry I've been talking a lot about Kuching famous water tranportation, so now I will be talking about nice places to visit in Kuching. Actually Kuching has a lots of nice place to go either by car or any public transportation offer or might be you guys interested to explore the Cat city by yourself with friends using trishaw. Trishaw that Im talking about is the colourfull trishaw. You can rent this trishaw for how many hours you interested to use and go cycling around city using it. Much more fun actually. Beside than using a trishaw you can also enjoy the view of Cat city by walking. Dont worry Kuching wasn't that big so if you tired you can just stop at any shopping malls or coffee shops.

Use this to discover Kuching. Eco-friendly transportation

It is a must for you to take picture with our gigantic Cats monument. Its is a famous Kuching trademark. This monument consist of one whole cats family.This cat monument located exactly in the middle of the city. Ps: if you feel hungry after having a photoshoot you just walk for not more than two minute to have your meal at McDonalds, Beside there's also another cats monument that you might interested to take picture with. Located not far from the first cats monument actually. Still you can just walk there. The one and only cat monument that always dress up according festive seasons is a must go and take picture or selfie there. The cat monument located at the main entrance of China town in Kuching. Oh for the extra info each cats monument actually representing mayors of Kuching. I guess Kuching the only city in Malaysia having two different mayors that are "Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Utara" and "Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan". This make Kuching become one of the unique city in Malaysia.

 When you already here in Kuching feel free to visit their museums. Well there are many types of museum available here in Kuching actually.There are cats Museum located at Bukit Siol,fabric museum,chinese museum,butterfly museum and historical museum which located in the middle of the city. You might also interested to visit the old Pos Laju building located in front of the new shopping mall Plaza Merdeka.

The Sarawak historical museum. This is the place where you can learn a lots about Sarawak history in one day only. Dont worry this place is full air-conditioner.

Nearer to Sarawak historical museum there is one Big tree that producing cotton.
